Background

Originally founded as Eastco Construction by Dick Stimpel in 1969, Stimpel-Wiebelhaus Associates (SWA) is the product of a business continuationPony Creek Dam, Oregon plan prepared under the guidance and cooperation of Dick Stimpel, Bill Wiebelhaus, and key management employees. The implemen-tation of this plan enables SWA to continue its growth into the 21st Century. SWA is committed to continuing its proud tradition of completing quality projects while providing livelihood, professional advancement and personal growth for its employees and their families.

Our management and in- house technical support can provide full service in QC/QA, CPM scheduling, Professional Engineering services such as design of temporary facilities, false-work, shoring, quantity measurements & calcu-lations, seismic monitoring during blasting operations, estimating, and many other specialty services.
